 Paul C Scheele Since 1967 I have resided and worked in the TampaBay Florida area, watching the influx of people from all walks of life, come to either visit or move to this beautiful State of Florida. During this period, my life has been enriched with all that this area has to offer which includes enjoying the white sandy beaches, the entertainment industries, a variety of restaurants and numerous golf courses. I am also very familiar with the schools in the TampaBay region as my children attended and grandchildren now attend. Traveling this state many times over, I have seen and recognized its progression in all aspects and yet, with the mixture of new and old, it still maintains the Florida lifestyle that has attracted so many people to it. The TampaBay area is very extensive and diverse in all that it has to offer, and I believe that location is just as important as the home you are buying. So I know that with my knowledge of these communities and experiences in the real estate industry that I can help you find the perfect home and the perfect location.

“My love is with boats and sailing, my passion is helping people”
I come from a long background of education, training and sales, graduating from the University of South Florida with a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science. This career path took me immediately to a Director’s position in New England where I then moved over to the vendor’s side of Librarianship with the rapid increase in computer technology helping to streamline libraries. I then began selling large end software solutions to libraries throughout the United States. Soon, I was climbing the corporate ladder and eventually became the vice president of sales in the United States managing several regional managers, and performing most of the contract negotiations with new clients.
This type of work required traveling via airplane, going from city to city, at least three days a week. With the occurrence of 911 in September 2001, I realized that perhaps it was time for a change in my life in order to spend more time with family.
Working with people and helping find solutions for them has always been my passion and moving into a real estate career was as natural a move as any. I repeatedly mention to clients that my goal is to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. I enjoy all aspects of real estate on both the buyer’s side and the seller’s side.
Today, I am a million dollar producer and have recently reached a milestone. I take the opportunity to meet people and talk about real estate no matter where I am. This may be in a convenience store, grocery or gas station. You never know when someone might be looking for a new home!
